VIOLIN & MUSIC THEORY LESSONS
Trinity College London/ABRSM string syllabus
I offer violin and music theory lessons that blend practical skills with theoretical knowledge to develop students' musicality and performance abilities. Lessons cover technical work, scales, sight-reading, aural training, graded repertoire, and music theory. I prepare students for in-person or digital exams with Trinity College London or ABRSM, teaching violin up to Grade 8 and music theory up to Grade 6. Lessons are online, at the studio or in the comfort of your home.

This course is ideal for violinists (Grade initial to Grade 8), music theory students (up to Grade 6), and exam candidates preparing for Trinity College London or ABRSM. Whether you prefer online, in-person, or at-home lessons, you'll develop technical skills, musicality, and performance ability through personalized guidance in practical and theoretical aspects of music.
Requirements
Students need their own violin, music stand, music book, and notebook. If needed, violins can be purchased or hired from a reputable source or directly from us

The Digital Dashboard gives students a dedicated online space to support their learning between lessons. Each month, students have access to detailed lesson summaries, structured practice guidance, a growing library of technique and rhythm exercises, and interactive tools such as a violin tuner, metronome, and rhythm trainer. Students also receive personalised daily practice checklists to help them complete their tasks consistently and stay focused on their progress throughout the week.
