I offer music theory classes that connect practical playing with essential theory, giving you a clear understanding of how music works. Whether you're preparing for exams or want to deepen your knowledge, you'll learn to read, analyze, and apply musical concepts with confidence.

I teach up to Grade 6 theory, following ABRSM or Trinity College syllabi. These structured courses cover notation, harmony, rhythm, form, and analysis—building a solid foundation for both performance and composition.

Requirements

The student should have their own music theory workbook and stationery when coming to classes.
